Where these excavation referrals go

Spokane Excavation Co shares quote requests for Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Deer Park, Mead, Nine Mile Falls, and Cheney. Sending the form does not promise that a specific contractor covers your road. Each one decides whether the job fits their machine and their schedule.

We do not publish a street address, a yard, or a phone number. There is no office to visit, because we do not perform the work.

  • Spokane

Incorporated city and the county seat. Lots range from tight older streets, where a mini excavator is the realistic machine, to hillside parcels on the South Hill and newer edges of town. Access and existing utilities are the usual constraints. We do not keep a crew in any neighborhood.

  • Spokane Valley

Incorporated city east of Spokane. A lot of the valley floor is gravel left by the Missoula floods, which can mean fast drainage and cobbles that slow a trencher. Say if you already know the hole will be in rock or river rock.

  • Liberty Lake

Incorporated city at the east end of the valley, with lake-level ground and hillside lots. Hillside work can need more grading and a plan for where soil goes so it does not wash. Erosion control, if the city or county requires it, is part of the contractor's or owner's permit work, not ours.

  • Deer Park

Incorporated city north of Spokane. More acreage, shops, and outbuildings than a typical in-town lot. Clearing and a pole-building pad are common reasons people ask. Travel time is the contractor's decision.

  • Mead

An unincorporated community in north Spokane County, not a city. Properties are often larger than city lots. Permits, if any, run through the county rather than a city building department. Confirm that for your parcel.

  • Nine Mile Falls

An unincorporated community northwest of Spokane along the Spokane River. It reaches into both Spokane County and Stevens County. Bluffs, rock, and longer driveways show up. Septic permitting follows the county the parcel is in, so do not assume the Spokane Regional Health District if the land is in Stevens County.

  • Cheney

Incorporated city southwest of Spokane, and the home of Eastern Washington University. The referral covers both in-town lots and the acreage around the city. We are not affiliated with the university or the city.

Questions

Straight answers

Which places does this referral cover?

Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Deer Park, Mead, Nine Mile Falls, and Cheney. A request does not guarantee a contractor serves that address. Each contractor decides whether to respond.

Is Mead its own city?

No. Mead is an unincorporated community in north Spokane County. Nine Mile Falls is also unincorporated, and it sits on the Spokane County and Stevens County line. Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Deer Park, and Cheney are incorporated cities.

Do you have a yard or an office I can visit?

No. This website does not publish a street address because Spokane Excavation Co does not run a digging crew or a showroom. Use the quote form. A local provider may contact you about your request.
